The continued level of excellence that has become synonymous with the Geo name is made possible by a very special group of people who are committed to meeting the highest standards of our Members. Nowhere is this spirit more evident than in the efforts of The Geo Group Members' Committee. The Members' Committee consists of a group of individuals representing the Developer, the Club Manager, and the Members of the Club. Elected biennially, The Members' Committee is responsible for the direction and administration of all functions and facets of the Club and its facilities. The Group scrutinizes all Club expenditures and sets the budget for the Club's Annual Dues. Although they come from diverse backgrounds, they each share a common goal: to improve and protect the Club to which they so proudly belong. The Members' Committee also ensures that reserves are set aside for capital improvements to resort properties if possible. If Geo's standard of exceptional service should ever be compromised, the Committee is there to rectify the problem and take immediate steps to prevent any reoccurrence. As the pillars of the non-profit Club, The Members' Committee helps Geo improve existing resorts, expand into new areas and plan for our Members’ vacation experiences for a lifetime.

Geo employs over 200 people in its high-technology call centres throughout the US and Canada. This division generates qualified prospects for various Geo presentation centres and provides tertiary lead/client generation services and administrative support to various third party organizations.

The Geo Group's Vacation Club Memberships are exclusively marketed and sold through corporately-owned offices and authorized licensee operations. Geo currently operates two corporately-managed presentation centers and has licensed two other independent offices as sales agencies. The continued prosperity of the Geo Group is fueled by plans for new corporate centers and widespread interest by potential licensee operations throughout the world.
